Andrea Norman, MBA

PRESIDENT

A proven performer who has delivered results to Fortune 500 companies as well as mid-market companies, Andrea is a marketing strategist and writer in marketing, communications, sales, and business development. A speaker, trainer and writer for organizations like the American Council of Engineering Companies, the Greater Phoenix Chamber of Commerce, the Arizona Bar Association, the Arizona Society of CPAs, the Maricopa County Small Business Development Center and the Arizona Department of Transportation, she leads INNOVIA Integrated Marketing Solutions to provide the highest quality of professional deliverables all based on savvy business strategy and planning.

Andrea delivered results for the largest privately-held US architecture firm Leo A Daly-Phoenix as Director of Marketing and Business Development, for IBM Software Solutions as a Senior Software Specialist, for PriceWaterhouseCoopers as Marketing Manager in their Los Angeles Office and for Hoechst Marion Rosseau, a Fortune 500 pharmaceutical company.

Andrea began her career working with the US Army Europe, 7th Army Training Command, as a civilian working with the headquarters personnel. During her tenure at each organization, she was recognized for her ability to deliver results, including developing significant revenue streams, streamlining communications, increasing visibility in the marketplace, and participating on the leadership teams.

Andrea completed her Master of Business Administration degree at the University of Southern California where she was a Simonsen Fellow. Other academic awards include: Tuohy Scholar for Academic Distinction at Claremont McKenna College and Phi Kappa Phi, Alpha Sigma Lambda, and Dean's List at the University of Maryland, European Division where she earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Management and Psychology.

   

SANDY LANGFITT

OPERATIONS MANAGER

Sandy is an accomplished professional who serves as the Operations Manager for INNOVIA Integrated Marketing Solutions. An expert in government billing and accounting, she handles day to day operations as well as serving in the important role as liaison to our government and private clients for particularly complex projects. Sandy is the "go to" person at INNOVIA and can be entrusted with any communication or task.

Prior to joining the INNOVIA team she worked as a Project Designer for GTR Engineering. Her past administrative roles include office management, clientele communications and even AUTO CAD design. While working as a personnel specialist for the Ohio Air National Guard, Sandy received the Air Force Achievement Medal for Meritorious Service based on professional skill, knowledge and leadership when developing and implementing research products. Sandy received her degree in Business Technology from Tiffin University in Ohio.

 

KAILEN HOGAN

PROJECT MANAGER

Kailen is a project manager, writer and marketing professional at INNOVIA Integrated Marketing Solutions. Entrusted with working with our most complex and exacting clients, Kailen delivers quality projects every day. She is a published journalist and public relations professional. Kailen has both editorial and online media experience and was a freelance journalist with more than a dozen articles published in well-known newspapers, magazines and online publications.

Prior to joining the INNOVIA team, she worked as a Project Coordinator at a public relations firm and was an editorial assistant and writer for 944 Media and MagicDust Television. Kailen received her Bachelor's Degree from Arizona State University's Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communication with an emphasis in Public Relations.

   

JIM CREECH

INTERNET DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

As INNOVIA's Internet Development Manager, Jim offers more than a decade of professional experience and a wealth of knowledge in website/blog creation, eCommerce, search engine optimization, corporate identity and more. An expert in 3D design, PHP, and a host of other programming languages and CMS systems, Jim previously worked with the Arizona Republic on websites including Macy's, Dillard's, Arizona Cardinals, Tostito's Fiesta Bowl, Celebrity Theater, Bashas and AJ's Fine Foods. In addition to his work at INNOVIA he has designed and developed websites, content management systems and various applications and graphics for a wide range of industries.

Jim holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Eastern Illinois University and an Associate of Arts in Multimedia from the University of Advancing Technology. He also holds certifications for "Fast Track to ColdFusion" and "Advanced ColdFusion Development."

LEVI WINTERING

UI DESIGNER & FRONT-END DEVELOPER

As a designer and front-end developer, Levi is somewhat of a digital chemist. He provides INNOVIA's clientele with strategically focused, grid-based designs that range from a clean and contemporary aesthetic to designs that are more unique and edgy. He is a detail-oriented designer who enjoys working with typography and developing custom user interfaces.

With a personal appreciation for art, a passion for modern design and an understanding of the importance of information architecture, Levi is a great asset to the INNOVIA web team. By putting every pixel to work and kerning every letter, his designs are sui generis, well thought out and truly appreciated by our clientele.

Levi graduated from Mesa Community College with an Associates degree in web design, a certificate in graphic design and a thirst for Red Bull.
